What are your delivery times like under COVID-19?
Please revisit this FAQ page often for latest updates to delivery times under COVID-19. As our fulfillment center is staffed on a volunteer basis under COVID-19, we are experiencing slower fulfillment times. Currently, we are seeing the following fulfillment times for our products:
- Hoodies and Shirts: 4 - 9 business days before shipping.
- Hats: 2- 7 business days before shipping.
- Stickers: 2 - 5 business days before shipping.
- Mugs: 2 - 5 business days before shipping.
If you have a specific inquiry about fulfillment and shipping, please inquire with us before placing your order.
What is your return policy?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL because each order is custom made when received. We do not have a warehouse or keep inventory. We outsource the production of our merchandise to a high-quality, US based fulfillment company. Unfortunately, neither Utah Terrain, nor this fulfillment partner, is capable of a more lenient exchange policy. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for reasons of size, color preference or change of heart.
If an order is damaged or lost in shipping, it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with a carrier.
However, we do cover defects, and will offer a replacement (same product, same size) if the defect is reported via our email address at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days. If the product ordered does not match the size or print ordered, or if the product arrived damaged, defective, or blemished, be sure to contact us. Please reach out to us as your first step to process a refund – do not send the product back to the return address. Be sure to include your name and contact information; your order number and order details; an explanation of the defect; and pictures of the defect. We’ll get back to you with instructions on processing your return.
Once you have clicked on the "complete order" button, it is not possible to edit or cancel your order, so PLEASE REVIEW YOUR ORDER CAREFULLY BEFORE SUBMITTING IT.
What happens after my order?
After your order, you will immediately receive an email confirming your purchase with a list of items in your order. Please check your spam folder if your email doesn't land in your inbox. After a few business days (longer during the holidays), you will receive a second email confirming shipment or your order. Finally, sit back, relax, and wait for your items to arrive!
How long will it take to receive my order?
Printing your products can take up to four business days. Shipping speed depends on whether you selected standard, priority, or express shipping at check out. Shipping and fulfillment can take up to 7-9 business days and longer during the holidays.
Will your shirts shrink?
Be wary of washing and drying on a high setting, especially when the garment is 100% cotton. High-temperature washes can fade and crack the print, and a high-temperature dryer settings can shrink the garment, as well as damage the print.
Who is your apparel for?
Everyone, of course! Whether you call Utah home or just want a Utah souvenir from your latest trip to Salt Lake City or Zion, our t shirts, hoodies, and hats are for anyone who has been to the Beehive State!
Do you ship internationally?
No, not at this time. Our plans for total worldwide domination may be implemented at some point in the future, however.
What forms of payment do you accept?
At this time we accept all major credit cards and Paypal.
Will you notify me when you release a new design?
Yup. If you sign up for our newsletter, you’ll be informed about our latest and greatest new designs, collections and products!
